Welcome to Zoid Service Center. By accessing our services, you agree to follow the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Booking and Cancellation

Service appointments can be booked via our website, WhatsApp, or Direct Call. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments based on technician availability or unforeseen traffic/weather conditions in Mumbai. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled slot.

2. Inspection and Quotation

A minimum visiting/diagnosis charge applies to every visit. Once the technician identifies the problem, a detailed quotation will be provided. Repair work will only commence after the customer's verbal or written approval of the quote.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for services rendered and parts replaced are due immediately upon completion of the work. We accept Cash, UPI, and Digital Wallet payments. An official service report or invoice will be provided after payment.

Zoid Service Center is not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from appliance failure. We strive for excellence but do not guarantee 100% restoration of old or heavily damaged units.
